Gabriel Rousseau’s practice is characterized by the diversity of his
areas of intervention as a designer, at the level of the object or at
the urban scale. Having worked for many architecture firms over the
years, he developed a strong and varied experience and a special
knowledge in various aspects of the practice of architecture. His
continued interest in urban living has led him to Formestudio, where he
occupied the lead designer position from 2008 to 2011.
Since 2011, he teaches and is dedicated to his own practice.
He uses a multidisciplinary approach and a solid work experience to
support a flexible and efficient organizational structure. His work
intimately explores the specifics of each land and place and responds to
the contemporary human condition.
Recent collaborations with artists have led him to discover new
perspectives and new approaches to architectural design.
